Toyohiko Konno, Registered Patent Agent at BSKB, has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1991, specializing in chemical and mechanical patenting matters. He has experience in United States and Japanese prosecution matters in various technical fields including: organic and inorganic materials and processing thereof, including polymer resins, polymer alloys, optical fibers, plastic films, plastic molding processes and injection molding machines, steel, metal alloys, semiconductors, silicon substrates, solder and analytical equipment. Mr. Konno is a Japanese Patent Attorney (benrishi) and in that capacity has experience in litigation matters, negotiations, licensing, Japanese IP Law (patent and design), European Patent Practice and PCT Application Practice.
