Lecturing to JPAA Regarding Post Grant Patent Proceedings

BSKB partners Marc S. Weiner and MaryAnne Armstrong, Ph.D., have been invited to speak in Tokyo, Japan to members of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA). They will present a lecture on the topic of post grant patent proceedings, explaining when each type of procedure can be used and the advantages and disadvantages of each procedure.
