USPTO MISCELLANEOUS COMMUNICATIONS

As of February 5, 2024, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued Notices of Potential Erroneous Release of Patent Application Title for various applications.

The notices indicate that between February 5, 2024 and March 29, 2024, the USPTO unintentionally permitted information to be viewed by unauthorized individuals with access to registered Assignment Center accounts during the replacement of Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) and Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) to Assignment Center.
