MaryAnne Armstrong, Ph.D. Appointed to SACEPO

February 19, 2021– Falls Church, Va. – Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB) is pleased to announce the appointment of Partner, MaryAnne Armstrong, Ph.D. to the European Patent Office’s Standing Advisory Committee (SACEPO Working Party on Quality, section for American countries).

SACEPO is the EPO’s main advisory body and is consulted on all major issues relating to the development of the European patent system.

Nominated by The International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys (FICPI), Dr. Armstrong will serve a three-year term of office (2021-2023).
