BSKB Partners with Regimbeau and UBIC to Present IP Litigation Seminar in Japan

BSKB will partner with European IP firm Regimbeau and with UBIC Patent Partners, a company that provides IP and litigation support services, to present a seminar in Japan on “Recent Trends in U.S. and EU Intellectual Property Litigation.” BSKB partners Mark Weiner, MaryAnne Armstrong, Ph.D., and Chad Billings will discuss recent the U.S. Supreme Court decisions of Alice Corp. vs. CLS Bank, Myriad and Limelight Networks vs. Akamai Technologies and their impact on IP law and strategy. Jérôme Collin from Regimbeau will discuss strategies for planning for a litigation in the EU.
