BSKB Partners to Share Their Expertise at 2012 PLI Seminars
BSKB partner Gerald M. Murphy, Jr., will serve as a co-chair of the PLI seminar “Post-Grant USPTO Proceedings 2012 – The New Patent Litigation.” The seminar will be held in New York City on February 3, 2012 and will also be presented via webcast. Fellow BSKB partner Eugene T. Perez will speak at this seminar.
Mr. Murphy will also be a featured speaker at PLI’s 6th Annual Patent Law Institute in New York on February 16 and 17, 2012. BSKB partner Leonard Svensson will be a featured speaker at the 6th Annual Patent Law Institute in San Francisco on March 19 and 20, 2012.
