BSKB Partner Gerald Murphy to Speak at 2015 PLI Patent Law Institute

BSKB partner Gerald M. Murphy, Jr. has been invited to speak at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s 2015 Patent Law Institute. The 2015 Patent Law Institute will be held in New York, NY on February 2-3, 2015, and in San Francisco, CA on March 16-17, 2015. The seminar provides up to date information about U.S. patent law from seasoned practitioners, who lead breakout sessions that go into depth on such issues as prosecution and litigation. Mr. Murphy has been a speaker at the annual Patent Law Institute since 2009.
