Managing IP U.S. Patent Forum 2016

The 5th annual MIP U.S. Patent Forum in Washington, D.C. on March 17, 2016. The forum will cover a broad range of topics on on post grant proceedings, including a review recent trends in litigation at the International Trade Commission and U.S. District Courts, analysis of post grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), impact of recent decisions and amended rules and strategies for more secure patents. Speakers include patent counsel from major corporations, representatives from the USPTO and other government entities and practitioners from private practice.
