Mr. Bradford Fritz and Mr. Alexander Taousakis were recently published in World IP Review’s latest edition of World IP Review. In their article “AI and blockchain: a guide to overcoming 101 rejections,” Mr. Fritz and Mr. Taousakis discuss how inventions and claims involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the blockchain can be written to avoid receiving a 101 rejection.
