Mr. Bradford Fritz and Mr. Alexander Taousakis were recently published in World IP Review’s latest edition of World IP Review. In their article “AI and blockchain: a guide to overcoming 101 rejections,” Mr. Fritz and Mr. Taousakis discuss how inventions and claims involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the blockchain can be written to avoid receiving a 101 rejection. They write, “…focusing on reciting a ‘practical application’ in [a] claim and arguing how the invention is an improvement over the existing technology can be a good tactic when facing a 101 rejection.” Check out the rest of the article here!
