BSKB partner Eugene T. Perez has been invited to speak at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s Patent Law Institute. The 2014 Patent Law Institute will be held in New York, NY on May 8, 2014, and in San Francisco, CA on June 17, 2014. The seminar provides up to date information about U.S. patent law from seasoned practitioners, who lead breakout sessions that go into depth on such issues as prosecution and litigation.
