BSKB Co-Sponsors Howard University Law School’s 13th Annual IP Law Seminar – Gerald Murphy to Speak

BSKB will co-sponsor the 13th Annual Intellectual Property Law Seminar hosted by Howard University’s Institute for Intellectual Property and Social Justice. The day-long seminar will be held at the Howard University School of Law on March 4, 2016, and will feature speakers from government entities, corporations and private practice covering a variety of intellectual property topics. Distinguished guests include Hon. Susan G. Braden of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Hon. Charles E. Bullock, Chief Judge of the U.S. International Trade Commission, Lucinda Longcroft, Head of the WIPO New York Office and Hon. Sharon Prost of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. BSKB partner Gerald Murphy, Jr. has been invited to speak at the seminar on “PTAB Invalidity Trials – The Alleged Infringer’s Answer to the Eastern District of Texas?”.
