Seminars
BSKB currently offers the following training programs:
- The Summer Patent Seminar is a three and a half week seminar featuring a series of lectures and instruction on all areas of U.S. patent law. It is designed to provide attorneys with practical training for obtaining and enforcing patents within the United States.
- The Advanced Patent and Licensing Seminar is a two-week seminar offered in the fall that focuses on advanced concepts in licensing, claim interpretation and validity, and infringement issues.
- The U.S. Trademark Practice Seminar is a one week seminar designed to provide attendees with practical information on U.S. trademark practice, ranging from choosing a trademark to litigating complex trademark infringement actions.
Additionally, our attorneys provide In-House Presentations to company scientific and legal staffs designed to meet specific client needs and interests and individual BSKB members are deeply involved in various domestic and international IP groups and are often invited to make presentations on a variety of timely topics.
