That's why we offer a number of training programs in patent law, trademark law and copyright law. Learn what you can do to protect your valuable intellectual property with the following seminars:

• The U.S. Trademark Practice Seminar is a one week seminar designed to provide attendees with practical information on U.S. trademark law and process, ranging from choosing a trademark to litigating complex trademark infringement actions. 2013 Dates: April 8 - 12, 2013

• The Summer Patent Seminar is a three and a half week seminar featuring a series of lectures and instruction on all areas of U.S. patent law. It is designed to provide attorneys with practical training for obtaining and enforcing patents within the United States. 2013 Dates: June 5 - 28, 2013

• The Advanced Patent and Licensing Seminar is a two week seminar focusing on advanced concepts in patent licensing, claim interpretation and validity, and patent infringement issues. 2013 Dates: September 23 - October 4, 2013

Additionally, our intellectual property attorneys provide In-House Presentations to company scientific and legal staff. These presentations are each specifically tailored to meet client needs and interests.
