This information is stored in an offline location and is used for internal traffic reporting and problem detection.

The standard ‘contact us’ form collects minimal information to identify who you are and why you are contacting us. This information submitted to a web form is used to generate an email message only. The information is not stored by the website or a related database or file. In general, web forms request the following information:

Training Seminars

Training seminar web forms allow you to register to attend an educational session hosted or conducted by us. This information submitted to a web form is used to generate an email message only. The information is not stored by the website but it may be transferred into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to record the seminar registration (i.e. that you want to attend the seminar). In general, training seminar registration forms request the following information:

  • Name
  • Organization
  • Job title or role
  • Experience level
  • If you are a licensed attorney
  • Knowledge of English
  • Office address and contact information (phone, mobile, email)
  • Seminar participation information, which can change from seminar to seminar
