technology transfer and licensing, as well as in conducting Intellectual Property Audits
and Due Diligence Studies. In addition to providing a full range of patent services, our

property policies and procedures.
The Life Sciences Practice Group includes attorneys, patent agents and technical
advisors who have years of experience and expertise in biotechnology, bioinformatics,
immunology, agricultural biotechnology, gene therapy, genomics, medical devices,
diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, proteomics, vaccines and drug delivery.
Many group members hold doctorate or advanced scientific degrees in immunology,
biochemistry, botany, biotechnology and molecular biology. Many have worked as examiners
at the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") or have held various
positions in industry as researchers or in-house counsel.
We understand the complex USTPO procedures as well as the scientific and

As a result of our expertise in patent prosecution, licensing and client
counseling, BSKB has been recently awarded one of sixteen contracts to handle the
