USPTO Proposes New Rules Regarding Supplemental Examination and Revisions to Reexamination Fees

The USPTO proposed new rules regarding certain provisions of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, which appeared in the January 25, 2012 edition of the Federal Register:

• Changes To Implement the Supplemental Examination Provisions of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act and To Revise Reexamination Fees

The USPTO also issued a "Request for Comments and Notice of Public Hearings on Genetic Diagnostic Testing."
