USPTO Proposes Consolidated Rules for Trial Practice Before Patent Trial and Appeal Board

On February 9, 2012, the USPTO proposed a consolidated set of rules for trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and judicial review of Patent Trial and Appeal Board Decisions. The USPTO also published a Trial Practice Guide to accompany the proposed rules. Further details can be found in the USPTO's release.
