Robert J. Kenney Named in Top 25 Trademark Attorney Rankings

Falls Church, VA & San Diego, CA – September 1, 2011 – Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB) announced today that partner Robert J. Kenney has been ranked 12^th on the list of top  trademark attorneys for 2010. The report, issued by the Corporation Service Company® (CSC®) and World Trademark Review, appears in the August/September issue of World Trademark Review and ranks the leading trademark practitioners by annual application filings. Mr. Kenney filed over 300 trademark applications in 2010.

Mr. Kenney has over 25 years of experience in the trademark field, and has lectured worldwide on U.S. trademark practice. An experienced litigator, Mr. Kenney has also lectured on IP litigation, and has represented clients on numerous occasions before the U.S. District Courts. He has also authored a myriad of articles on U.S. trademark law.

The CSC® and World Trademark Review report also ranks the top 100 law firms by annual trademark filings. BSKB ranked 25^th for 2010, filing 476 trademarks. Both individual attorney and firm rankings are based on public trademark filing data from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
