David Kappos to Present at BSKB-Sponsored Public Policy Forum

BSKB is partnering with CONNECT to present a public policy forum in San Diego, California that will feature a presentation by David Kappos, Director of the USPTO. He will discuss the America Invents Act and the USPTO's implementation of the new law. BSKB partner Leonard Svensson will also present.
