BSKB Partners to Co-Chair and Lecture at PLI SeminarsBSKB partners Leonard R. Svensson and Gerald M. Murphy, Jr., will serve as co-chairs of the PLI seminar "Reissue and Reexamination Strategies and Tactics with Concurrent Litigation." Mr. Svensson will co-chair the San Francisco seminar, and Mr. Murphy will co-chair the New York seminar. Fellow BSKB partner Eugene T. Perez will speak at the New York seminar. Mr. Murphy and Mr. Svensson are also featured speakers at PLI's 5th Annual Patent Law Institute. |
