Special Projects Specialist

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an Intellectual Property law firm in Falls Church, VA, has has an exciting opportunity for a Special Projects Specialist to join our firm. Candidates should have experience with various types of post allowance filings and the preparation and filing of Information Disclosure Statements (IDS). The Special Projects Department serves as a centralized resource for handling advanced prosecution matters within the firm, specifically, high volume, complex IDSs. Additionally, the Special Projects Specialist serves as a billable source for handling specialized projects. Successful candidates must have a minimum of one year of comprehensive US Patent prosecution experience.
