Litigation Paralegal

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an Intellectual Property law firm located near Arlington Blvd. and Gallows Road in Falls Church, VA, seeks a full-time paralegal to provide legal support to our litigation department.  Certificate of completion from acceptable paralegal program and knowledge of a computerized litigation support system, including Summation, is required. Responsibilities will include litigation support, conducting legal research, managing client case matters and drafting legal correspondence.
