IP Law Clerk (Part-time)

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an Intellectual Property law firm in Falls Church, VA, seeks an IP Law Clerk for its Northern Virginia office. Responsibilities for this position primarily include assisting with the preparation of legal articles relevant to post-grant patent practice that would include certain provisions of the America Invents Act, and other legal matters. Flexible schedule, 15-20 hours per week (with possible increase in hours at a later time).

Successful candidate should be in second or third year of law school with coursework and/or experience in patent law. Technical undergraduate degree preferred.
