Electrical Associate

Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP, an Intellectual Property law firm in Falls Church, VA, seeks a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent for its Northern Virginia office primarily for drafting new patent applications and prosecuting patent applications.

Successful candidates should have excellent academic credentials and a technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, digital signal processing, databases, and/or related technologies.   Experience drafting patent applications is strongly preferred but we would consider candidates having no such experience provided they have superior writing skills.  Multiple writing samples will be required of all candidates.
