- Extensive patent application preparation experience in the areas of organic chemistry,

- Extensive patent application prosecution experience in the areas of organic chemistry,
inorganic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and biotechnology; including the preparation
of replies to USPTO correspondence (e.g., restriction requirements, office actions, etc.),
the preparation of Appeal Briefs, and attending oral hearings before the USPTO Board of
Patent Appeals and Interferences.
