computer hardware and software, network switches and other
telecommunications devices, digital control devices for engines,
digital copiers, digital cameras and image processing.
- Performed due diligence and patent portfolio analyses, and
litigation support.
- Counseled clients and prepared numerous opinions analyzing patent validity and
infringement issues.
- Practiced in intellectual property field since 1968, specializing
in electrical patents.
