Experience:
- Mr. Gorenstein has been engaged in the
practice of patent law since 1972. His responsibilities with the firm of Birch, Stewart,
Kolasch and Birch, LLP include all facets of representing clients with regard to
litigation, negotiations, and licensing, as well as prosecution of patent applications in
the electrical and mechanical arts including complex data processing and computer systems,
automotive and related technologies, and a wide range of other subject matter.
Additionally, Mr. Gorenstein represents clients in various aspects of trademark practice,
including prosecution of trademark applications. He is also experienced in matters
relating to copyright.
