2006. Supports patent prosecution in the area of electrical
engineering including digital signal processing, computer
architecture/software, optics, solid state circuitry, video and
image systems, telecommunications, power generation, radar, sonar
and inertial navigation systems.

Responsibilities
included examining patent applications in the field of ultrasound
diagnostic imaging systems and methods including: ultrasound probe
structure, contrast enhancement, intravascular with a catheter,
Plural display mode systems, Tissue attenuation or impedance
measurement or compensation, Anatomic image produced by reflective
scanning with mechanical and electronic scanning, Doppler flow and
B-mode imaging, beam directing or shaping means in the wave path
(e.g., lens, reflector) etc. Also examined applications directed to
Magnetic Field Sensor (SQUID), Magnetic Resonance Imaging,
Tomographic (images of planes/cross-sections of the body) imaging
(including X-Ray and Gamma Ray) obtained from Electromagnetic waves,
Microwaves, and Nuclear Imaging (radioactive emission),
Kinesitherapy (coupling acoustic waves at very high frequencies into
the body for therapy), Infrared and Visible Imaging.
