Experience
Scott Schlack has practiced in the intellectual property field since 2005, specializing
in U.S. patent prosecution. Mr. Schlack has experience working in many different areas of technology, including: telecommunications, digital image processing, three-phase power systems, power electronics, MEMS devices, and software.
Prior to joining BSKB, Mr. Schlack served at the United States Patent and Trademark Office as an IP Experienced (IPE) Patent Examiner in a wireless telephony Art Unit and as a Patent Examiner in a digital imaging Art Unit. Mr. Schlack also has experience working in the private sector as a licensed Patent Agent.
