John Sanders has been a Patent Engineer and Agent at BSKB since 2006, supporting patent prosecution in the area of electrical engineering. In this role, he analyzes patentability, infringement and validity issues and drafts opinion letters, conducts legal research, assists with all aspects of patent interference practice, and prepares Post-Grant Review applications. Mr. Sanders is a former Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where his responsibilities included examining patent applications in the field of optics, electrical engineering, and computer engineering specifically with respect to eye examination, and vision testing and correction.
