Garth Dahlen, Ph.D., specializes in patent prosecution in the fields of chemistry and life sciences. His experience includes prosecuting patent applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), preparing and writing new patent applications and analyzing and preparing arguments against USPTO rejections. Additionally, Dr. Dahlen is experienced in opinion work and in managing worldwide patent and trademark portfolios. He also prepares, files and prosecutes trademark applications. Dr. Dahlen is a former Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1995.
