Mr. Birch's responsibilities with the firm of Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP include all facets of representing clients with regard to litigation, opinions, negotiation, licensing and other inter partes matters, as well as supervising preparation and prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright applications, particularly in the Electrical and Mechanical arts. Mr. Birch is Of Counsel to the Litigation Department within the firm.
