Experience
Mr. Anderson has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1992 and has experience in a broad range of complex technologies, including wireless communications, digital image processing, optical recording media, aircraft landing systems, and hearing aid devices. He has written and prosecuted patent applications for numerous international technology companies and served as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office from 1992-1996.
Mr. Anderson counsels clients and prepares legal opinions regarding issues of patentability, patent infringement, patent validity, and litigation before U.S. district courts.
